Anthony Smith is the Executive Pastry Chef for the Cosmopolitan Club in New York City. An award-winning New York pastry chef, he specializes in custom wedding cakes, and specialty desserts for catered affairs.
Chef Smith is also an adjunct professor for New York City College of Technology, teaching Baking and Pastry Arts, at his alma mater.
Most recently, he competed in the 2009 National Pastry Championship, and won the Bronze.
