Anthony Smith is the Executive Pastry Chef at The Cosmopolitan Club, a private social club on the Upper East Side in New York City.

He is a confection artist specializing in chocolate and sugar, and creates custom wedding cakes and specialty desserts for catered affairs.

Chef Smith is also an adjunct professor at the City University of New York's NYC College of Technology, teaching Baking and Pastry Arts.

In 2009, he placed in the prestigious National Pastry Championship, and has won over a dozen awards and medals during his professional career.
