138th Annual Salon of Culinary Art, 2006
Double the earnings! Anthony's "Birds of a Feather" Showpiece, and "Simple Elegance" cake won First AND Second Prize for Pastry Presentation; The Gold Medal was awarded by the N.Y. Guild of Chefs, and the Silver Medal of the Salon (plus a sweet check) was awarded by the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique, for best chocolate piece of the show.
